This platform processes agency and traveller data solely to fulfil bookings and settle accounts. What is stored: agency details, staff accounts, traveller names and documents supplied for ticketing, transaction records, and access logs. Who sees it: the issuing agency, the platform operator, and the suppliers needed to complete a booking. Traveller data is never sold. Retention: transactional records are retained as required by accounting and aviation regulation; access logs are retained for security review. Requests concerning stored data go to the support desk.
